Negotiate the purchase

  • Assist you in working through the purchase and sale agreement
  • Negotiate with the buyer and buyer’s agent on your behalf
  • Track contingencies and make certain contract deadlines are met

We ensure a smooth close of Escrow

  • Assist the Escrow company in acquiring documents
  • Constantly monitor the Escrow process
